Time Duration Calculator

When the end time is earlier than the start time (e.g., 10:30 PM to 6:15 AM), the calculator automatically assumes the end time is on the next day and calculates the overnight duration correctly.

Elapsed time is the total amount of time that passes between a start point and end point. It's the actual duration of an event, activity, or span — not to be confused with the clock time at which it occurs.

Enter the departure time and arrival time. For flights crossing time zones, convert both times to the same time zone first, or adjust mentally. A flight departing at 10 PM arriving at 6 AM (same timezone) = 8 hours.
